WHERE & HOW

Shipping is offered worldwide by Canada Post. Tracking is automatically included in the shipping price for all Canadian shipments. Tracking for international shipping is optional – you can choose your option at Checkout. If your location or shipping preference is not listed, please contact us and we will arrange it for you. Items are packed using as much recycled material as possible. Please re-use or recycle our packaging if possible!

PROCESSING/LOCAL PICKUP

Since our products are handmade to order, please allow 4-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped/available for pickup – with the exception of Vintage Candles requiring 1-2 business days. An email will be sent to you once you’ve made a purchase & an additional email will be sent to you once your order is complete (shipped/available for pickup). *For Hotmail users, please make sure to check your Junk folder*. Local Pickup is only available for Quebec residents at LOPEZ, located at 6725 Rue St-Hubert in Montreal. Before going to Lopez, please wait for the email confirming when it is available for pickup. If you requested tracking or shipped to a Canadian address, you will receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking number.
